10) Nanjing: 12,171 RMB per sq. m
11) Tianjin: 11,879 RMB per sq. m
12) Xiamen: 11,621 RMB per sq. m
13) Dalian: 11,495 RMB per sq. m

This listing is deceptive, in as much as some cities have much older housing stock on the market.
If you were to price 'like-for-like' properties, the ranking and figures quoted would paint a very different picture.
