China Telecom recently announced its plans to offer a CDMA version of the iPhone 4s beginning on March 9th. Users opting for the 289 RMB package with a three-year contact can get the phone fully subsidized. However, even with the cheapest package deal, the iPhone will still cost you about 10,404 RMB.
