All foods are necessory for normal diets what ever its coloured, white, black foods etc. in balance diet..! The normal metabolism needs fat, miniral, carbohydrates, proteins as well as universal solvents ie. water.! the balance diet and normal physical work keep body healthy and fit.! Early morning exercise promotes to synthesise endogenous opioids which keet active whole day along with normal diets.

If it a food and you eat it, it you will NOT loose weight. Eat less than you do now and mild exercise is the only way.

Actually not true many studies have shown eating 5 small meals a day is a way to aid in weight loss as it keeps your metabolism going strong that in turn burns calories.

reduce your coffee intake and drink instead green tea, at least twice a day and you will lose weight slowly but surely and you will feel more energetic. Green tea is very good for the metabolism, which normally down with age, so the green tea reactivate the metabolism in turn burns fat...... Try it for a period of 2 to 3 months and be consistent and you will see the results.

Of course eating less fat food and exercising are minimum requirements for a healthier life.
