The First China Dalian International Wine and Dine Festival (首届大连国际葡萄酒美食节) will be held in Dalian from July 12-15th. The festival will be jointly organised by the Dalian municipal government, the China Light Industry Federation and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bordeaux (France). According to historical records, the region around Dalian was first inhabited as early as 221 BC.
