The city of Dalian is connected to many major cities in China via the Shenyang-Dalian Expressway. Thus travelers may use the extensive inter-city bus system to commute to and from Dalian via any of its five long-distance bus stations.
Long distance passenger bus stations:
There are five long distance passenger bus stations in the city.

Destinations: Liaoning and Hebei Provinces and Northeast Area

NOTE: Buses leave for Lushun (Port Arthur) from 5:30 am to 7:30 pm every ten minutes. The trip is around 40 km; a single ticket is RMB 7.
