You guys totally forgot to mention the Vineyard Restaurant located near Huanglong Stadium at Xixi / Yugu Roads! There's a nice classic American breakfast on the menu with toast, bacon, sausage, ham, a crispy hash brown, 2 eggs, and a cup of coffee for 45RMB. It's available all day, from 10:30am - 10:30pm every day. Been getting rave reviews from the local expats, that's for sure!

I've been going to Mingtown for a while now and consider it one of the best cafes in Hangzhou. As you said, its reasonably priced. Its recently expanded and now really hard to get a seat there.

Only gripe is the music is too loud.
