Mars en Folie – an annual event organised by the Alliance Francaise in Beijing, the Swiss Embassy and the Belgian Consulate, which celebrates French music and culture – kicks off in Qingdao on March 23rd. Four great musical performances are scheduled to take place by musicians and bands from the francophone world.
