Hundreds of Expats Receive China’s Green Card in Liaoning

According to the Exit and Entry Administration of the Liaoning Public Security Bureau, over 100 expats have successfully applied for China’s Green Cards, i.e. Permanent Residence of Aliens in China. Of these Green Card holders, 54% are wives or husbands of Chinese citizens or senior citizens returning to live with relatives; 13% are individuals who have made outstanding contributions or are of special importance to China. A further 17% of those who successfully received the green card are high-level foreign personnel who hold posts in businesses.
