CNNGo.com recently published its list of the ten ugliest buildings in the world. North Korea’s Ryugyong Hotel in Pyongyang topped the list as most hideous building, while Dubai’s Atlantis Hotel came in second. China also made the list: Shenyang’s Fangyuan Building, designed by Taiwanese architect CY Lee, was declared 9th ugliest building in the world. Lee, who was responsible for the Taipei 101 skyscraper in Taiwan, tried to merge western and eastern elements in the Shenyang office building, but ultimately only succeeded in creating one the world’s biggest eye sores, according to CNN.

Who said this is ugly? !
It looks great to me !
It's very extra ordinary !
He took a couple of pictures of something his kid made with building blocks and a piece of pipe, added a mess of windows and called it a building. CNN finally got something right, although I might have placed it a little higher on the list.
I live in SHenyang for many years, and have worked in this 'coin' building. CNN now sheyet about ugly, I could name 100 more ugly buildings in the States. This building is a unique landmark in a sea of mostly typically ordinary rectangular office blocks. What do septics know anyhow, ha !
