1Melissa:

Here is another great class in Shenzhen that is SWEAT-FREE

The Dawei Awesome Water Aerobics - a total body workout that anyone can do. The water provides both resistance and assistance, thus improving flexibility and strength.

The Dawei Awesome Water Aerobics course starts with some easy, basic body exercises that will raise the heart rate and burn calories. As the course proceeds, we move on to work out specific body areas for strength and flexibility.

As with other Dawei Awesome courses, our water aerobics class is taught by certified instructors and is conducted in English. Each class lasts one hour and will be broken into sections including dryland, water warm up, cardio aerobics, strength building, flexibility and agility, and cool down. See you in the pool!

Time: February 28, 2012 from 10am to 11am
Location: Zhaoshang Hai Yue Indoor pool
Street: Dong Bin Road, Zhaoshang Sea Moon number 2
Directions: From the Subway stop Haiyue on the Shekou extension, take exit C. After exiting, make a right and go to the intersection. Make a right there on Gong Li 8th Road. Walk 200 meters to the next intersection and make another right. Walk another 200 meters and enter the big gate of the complex. The building with the big windows and large steps is the pool facility.
