Great place to eat western food is the Rendezvous in Urumqi. It is situated at 960 YAN AN Road. You have a variety of food from Wraps to burgers and Pizza’s, I thinkit is a good value for money and the portions are big

Fubar, 40 gong yuan bei jie. First and best foreign owned and operated bar/restaurant in Urumqi. Not a fake drop in the house and stocking over 20 kinds of foreign beers. Boasting the best pizza in the wild wild west along with other pub grub.
